Good Days – Greece Photos #1

Long Beach, CA

Good mellow days–I’ve just been relaxing, doing all the stuff  like (while still somehow getting my teaching done). Writing, playing guitar, studying Greek, working out a bit, reading for pleasure … I haven’t felt this relaxed in a couple years … I’m not quite sure what’s going on–I have as much on my plate as ever. I think it’s simply my change in attitude that’s made the difference: now that I’ve finally made the decision to move on in my life my current situation no longer seems all that important: it’s hard to invest too much emotion in playing out the string …

I’d almost forgotten how wonderful it is to have new ideas, new dreams, new hopes, new plans rolling around in my head …

I’ve been going thru some old photos I took in Greece. I’m going to post a few here–because I can. I think I’m going to start with one from Plakias in southern Crete. I took this one more on a very windy morning at the beach. It was so windy that footprints quickly blew away. I captured mine just before they began to vanish …
